Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?
Yes, you will be emailed confirmation that the order has been placed.
 
How long does shipping take and the shipping costs?
STANDARD Shipping can take between estimated 7 - 15 Business Days for the UK, unless faster estimated delivery times are stated which will be stated on the listing. Average 90% of orders are delivered in 7 - 9 days.

Worldwide shipping is Free - we pay all shipping charges.

You will be updated with automated tracking information. Other worldwide countries deliveries can take upto 10 - 20 Business Days.

If 28 Business days have passed for the UK and you have still not received your purchase you can ask for a full refund.

Can i cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel your order once placed, as we process your order straightaway and it is forwarded to the warehouse for shipping.  Should you have any queries with your order once it is placed please contact us and if the order has not been processed we can change it, if not you will need to return it once it arrives for a refund.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive different items in different packages.

How do I track my package?
We will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You can follow your order by clicking on the Track Order page.
*Please note that it can take up to 3-7 days for live tracking information to be updated on their website.
 
I did not get a tracking number, what do I do?
If you did not get a tracking number after 5 days of placing your order you can simply email us and we will gladly provide you with one.
